Inventory Anomalies again!

I have a client AccountRight file that is still showing some ridiculous on hand quantities that can not be adjusted. 

Previously someone from Support ran a script over the file and tidied up many of these issues but there are still some exisiting.

These quantities are a minute fraction of a unit and run to at least 15 plus decimal places.

We need to understand why this is occurring and need them cleared out.
