Inventory Item Quantity On Hand

Question

Good Morning&nbsp;We have had this issue before, we have several items that have negative inventory on hand showing.&nbsp;I have attached a screen shot of the items.&nbsp;Could we please arrange to have this fixed.&nbsp;And we do not have&nbsp;file is online. We are using the AR.&nbsp;Thank you, Rachel

Thanks for your post. Generally if you're file is online we can run a script to resolve this, however as your file is offline we would need to arrange a file repair for this. Can you please send me a private message with the following information so I can have this arranged for you:

Serial number&nbsp;
Your full name and email address&nbsp;
File ID&nbsp;(This can be found by going to Help &gt; About MYOB AccountRight)
