Invoices App Won't Save

Can anyone help with suggestions as to why the Invoices App running on an ipad will not Save.

This has happened periodically in the past, but has always started working again after a few days.

It is a new ipad, running latest version.  I have logged into the app and all data is there.  It just WILL NOT save.

Please help if you can.  Thanks.

    Hi Celia_B

    I am using an iPad as per my original post, not an ipod Touch.

    It is an iPad Pro, using IOS 16.3

     

    I have removed the Invoices App and re-installed it.  It still will not SAVE.

     

    I would appreciate anymore suggestions.

    Again, I am using an iPad, not an iPod Touch.

    Hi Judke,

    I have been so frustrated over the continuing issues with the invoices app that I am now trialling Xero in our smallest business.  We operate quite a few businesses, so if Xero works, I will be migrating all our businesses from MYOB to Xero.  So disappointing as I have used MYOB from the beginning when they were associated with Sol6.  Now everyone is going to have to learn new software—and we all know what a moral killer that is!

    We understand that you are encountering a situation where the invoice are not saving via MYOB invoice app using your iPod. In this matter, if you are using the latest version of iPod touch it requires iOS 12.0 or later.   • I have had the same issue the first time I've downloaded and used the app. I'm ready to give up. I couldnt get the previous version to work either and I'm running IOS 17.3.1. I'm sorry there wasn't a more useful response to your valid question. You are not alone!
