Invoices App

Now that the old version of the Myob App (On the Go)has stopped working, it wasn't great but at least contacts loaded etc, will the current invoices app actually be of service. Continual issues. Contacts never load, searching doesn't work.

    Sorry to hear about this. If you're still having issues can you please confirm if you get any error messages whilst using the app ?

    Myob on the go was the app that is no longer available in the app stores. It was the one where you had to sign in with an admi password etc.

    It stopped working for all our sales reps late december.

    The alternate Invoice app doesn;t load customer due to us having over the quota of customers that deem it usable.

     

    The browser version of Myob is hugely clunky to get around.

    What is in store for MYOB apps into the future as these issues continue to persist

    Hi TrentyMc

     

    The MYOB Invoice app is the app that is currently used with AccountRight. If you're having issues with loading customers, I'd be happy to look into it. Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app ?

    So this works with MYOB files with 3000 odd ative contacts
