Item Register search by item displays transactions not related to that item until page is refreshed
Hi, We have a situation where a user will search for transactions relating to the item in the item register, but it will return multiple unrelated transactions when the search criteria comes back. (See attached word document) At this stage it appears to be isolated to one user and happens intermittently (i.e we can't identify the specific action to replicate the issue). She enters the item number and the search dates, and those results come back. This is through the Huxley app. How do we isolate what could be causing this issue? Is it to do with caching or something? Regards Jilly
