Manually entered Purchase Order duplicating

Hello,

I have a client who randomly experiences an issue with new manually-entered Purchase Orders.

The issue is that the new manually-entered Purchase Order will sometimes duplicate itself immediately as the Purchase Order is saved, and issue 2 Purchase Orders (with consecutive Purchase Order numbers).

There does not appear to be any exceptional circumstances occurring at the time, e.g. AccountRight was running without issue, no crashes, the Purchase Order was not being amended, etc.

The occurences are completely random, there is no measurable frequency of occurence, it is not related to a specific vendor/supplier, etc.

The logs do not reveal anything useful, nor have I been able to replicate the issue.

Not sure if anything can be done about this, other than my client being vigilant and deleting any duplicated Purchase Orders when the issue occurs.
