"My Products" Nothing listed
Hi,
I wasn't sure where to post this
We've been having issues when we click print/email invoices, MYOB freezes/times out before the box pops up allowing us to print or email invoices.
Cleared our Accountright cache
Reinstalled on the server
Our I.T installed locally and the issue happens on the server and locally to rule out server issues
They suggested our file may need a defrag and that MYOB can do that?
Our MYOB file is not listed in "My products" either which is what they noticed can happen and when I put in the serial number to register it, it says it is already registered.
EDIT:
So we have 2 logins and the other login will show our product correctly but my login does not, not sure that would be a reason for it to suddenly not want to print/email.
