MYOB CAPTURE SHUTS DOWN

Hi There,

I have been using Capture for years now but lately when I am capturing multipage invoices (2 or more pics) when i hit the send icon, the app just closes down and doesn't send the images to MYOB.

 

Its extremely frustrating, will there be a fix for this soon? I have tried clearing the cache and uninstalling/reinstalling but the issue still remains.

    Thanks for reaching out. I get how this can be a hassle, and I appreciate your efforts in trying to solve the problem. To prevent MYOB Capture from shutting down, I suggest capturing invoices one at a time and seeing if there's any improvement.
