in relation to the new secure invoicing upgrade MYOB is asking for me to download all my trustee information, which is literally impossible for me to do. Does this mean i cannot upgrade and will be unable to send invoices via MYOB email?

If you don't complete the verification process, only your ability to share invoices from your MYOB file will be impacted. You'll still be able to share statements from your file.
So you want us to share our secure business details and financial details with MYOB online??? otherwise you will stop us emailing invoices. Serious?????

Can you explain why a 'direct debit' authority has to be approved??
What is this direct debit for??
We do not intend to use the MYOB online payments at all... so there will be no charges involved.

Also, were we given a choice to enter an ACN not ABN?
I am also confused re this. It is also asking for financial information which we should not have to supply to MYOB... what is this about??? and does it mean we will not be able to send invoices to our customers???
