Online Payments
I recevied an email today stating that MYOB have found an error for my online invoice payments. As a result they are taking $753.13 out of my account in 7 days. The email has failed to explain how this occured and what payments it relates to. It extremely unprofessional that they want to take this money without explaining anything about it. Do MYOB honeslty think that this would wash over without being questioned? Unprofessional, at very least. I have email requested further information to support the claim for this amount.
