Purchase Order Numbers

Question

Hi there.&nbsp;&nbsp;We like to customise purchase order numbers by adding our internal Job Number on the start of an order.&nbsp;When we go to the next order number, if we click in the order number field to changed the first four numbers, Auto# comes up so we have to remember the next number in the sequence. Is there a setting to allow us to keep the numbers there so we can see what we are changing? (We know we can go back in and changed it after it is recorded but this is wasting our time)&nbsp;Thanks&nbsp;Tracey

Hi MrsK456,&nbsp;Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community Forum.&nbsp;AccountRight works on an auto numbering sequence for the Purchase Order number field. It will take the record number and add one to give you the next auto generated number.
