Read only

I'm so mad! Today I've tried to use MYOB only to find it says read only, I have an invoice advising my account is up to date. When I log in and go to my account there are 2 accounts there! One account is an old free trial subscription that appears to be active! My actual Myob account is telling me I need to re subscribe! I have been on hold after being transferred by someone in billing 50minutes!! An actual joke! The invoice has the correct client ID but account is showing it's not active and no one will help! I need to run payroll!!
