sale tab not working

Can't enter a sale in one of my company file.  It keeps saying something's gone wrong and AccountRight needs to close when I go to record.

    Hi Tanyak 

     

    When you get the error message, there should be a View error details link on the same window, that would tell us why the system is crashing. Can you please attach that log here and also confirm if your file is online or offline.
