Sales invoices not recording or printing

We have just auto-upgraded to 2022.9 and when i try to convert a Quote to an Invoive it doesn't record the transaction. If I enter the invoice and  go straight to print it it shows the message "this transaction will be recorded before it is printed" or words to that effect but it doesn't in fact record it.

 

I can record and print a Quote, however.

 

This issue is in the data file using AccountRight Plus and with users who have Administrator access. Users who are not Administrators are not having this issue. We have other data files in AccountRight Standard which are not affected by this problem.

 

Can someone help please

    Hi don (APCDon)

     

    Thank you for your post. When you mentioned they are Administrators - are you seeing this under Setup > User Access > and the Administrator role is ticked? If the Administrator logs in using a different PC does it occur as well? 

     

    If you could try the following troubleshooting of clearing the AccountRight cache which can resolve some odd behaviour: Clearing the AccountRight Cache.

     

    If the above does not resolve the issue, can you respond with a screenshot of the User Access screen and the Diagnostic Log?
