Question

Have raised a Sales Order and saved it but was trying to change the emailed to just wanting to print it but it will not let me do this.

This is the message that keeps coming up "the value is larger than the maximum allowed".

We have changed nothing in the sales order other than wanting to change the delivery status from emailed to printed.

Company File ID No.3

IF you could please have a look at this ASAP and advise would be aprpeciated.

Hi Janelle&nbsp;Thank you so much for your post. To fix this error we do recommend to upgrade your software to the latest version Getting the latest version. And also, if you could try clear your AccountRight cache ? This may clear out any odd behaviors the software may be having.Please do let me know how you go on this.Regards,Earl
