secure invoicing- business verification

Our business has one local director and oversea director. MYOB requires the business verification for two directors however it requires the Australian identity proof. We have done the local one but foreign directors couldn't provide any.

As a loyal customer with MYOB, I think the requirement is very annoying and unreasonable.

Can anyone from MYOB help with this issue please?

    Hi NQ1,

    We truly appreciate your loyalty as an MYOB customer. For the overseas director, they can simply submit a certified copy of their foreign passport to meet the ID requirement.
     

    Since you've already uploaded the local director's documents, once you provide the certified passport copy for the overseas director, the verification process should be complete.

    Hi Earl,

    Thanks for you response.

    I have submitted the cerfitied passport copy for oversea director a couple days ago and send equiry email but still no response. And until today we keep receiving the notification about the imcomplete verification which concerns us so much. 

    Is there any department we can talk with to solve the problem asap otherwise we will start to consider different accounting software company which will be more easy for us.

    Hi NQ1,

    Appreciate your patience in sorting this out! I’ve checked in with the team, and they’ve confirmed that your documents have been received and are currently under assessment. While they continue to process the verification, we’ve gone ahead and temporarily restored your access to share invoices until June 12, 2025. This should give us plenty of time to finalize everything for you.
