Subscription will expire alert- We already paid the subscription

Good morning

 

Could you please assist as we get the below alert regardless we already paid the annual subscrption.

    So that I can look into this for you can you please send me the following information by private message:

     

    • serial number
    • business name
    • primary contact name
    • primary email address
