Telstra invoices to not complete loading in MYOB.
This was a known issue in September 2020 and is still an issue. I have reduced the number of pages to just the front page of the invoice and it still won't complete. There must be something in the bill properties somewhere that is preventing it from completing the upload.
Is this issue ever going to be fixed?

When I attempt to upload the Telstra it shows a blue uploading gear turning continuously and not completing.
If I log out and log back in, it is still trying to upload.
I have reduced the pages to one but it still won't load.
I have scanned a printed version of the file and tried to upload and it still doesn't upload.
I regularly load bills which have 15+ pages and they load every time.
Telstra is the ONLY bill that I have trouble with so I thought it may have to do with something on the front page of the bill itself which is causing the problem.

Thanks for you response. I have not resolved the issue entirely however if I only upload the first page it does load eventually. Too many pages and it doesn't load. It is painful but not the end of the world.
