Customise forms can be customised to be landscape through the Setup>>Customise Forms>>Selecting the desired form, through the Print Preview and Orientation. 

 

In terms of the browser landscape customisation of templates is currently not in the scope of delivery at this time, however, it is something that may be considered in the future
