Unable to email invoices from AR 2022.9.0 (31/10/2022)

I know there is a reference to the resolution of sending emails from certain MYOB products and the Browser version however I've been unable to send emails today from our AR 2022.9.0 (online version).

 

The program seems to act like it's sent an email however nothing appears in the Email sent tab or in the Browser version.

 

EDIT: Same issue for emailing Statements which being EOM today is particulalry frustrating.
