Using Division function in Sales

I am suddenly unable to use the forward slash for division. I need to divide an item number by 12 to get part item when entering an invoice. I do this every month and suddenly it is disabled.

    Hi Zan​ , have you tried shutting the computer down and restarting? If so, does it happen again?
