Hi I am trying to import a new pricelist from my supplier but for some reason I have gotten error 55 on some items I cant see why the price is being ignored the line has all the same format as the other lines.
Also is there a way to fix error 4077 I have no outstanding sales for this product.

I have run the script again and it's not showing that it has affected anything, can you please confirm that the error -4077 is still happening when you try to import.
The import error log, generally tells you what the error is and will indicate how to resolve it. Can you please indicate what it says in regards to the -55 and if there are any differences on the items which have this error.
If importing many items, I can also suggest importing them in smaller batches, so if you are doing 1000, instead of doing all in one go you can try to do it in 2 lots of 500.

Errors with importing in AccountRight are difficult to troubleshoot due to the stringent formatting and specific requirements the program requires. As such, it is often the case that there can be numerous reasons as to why one import error occurs for different clients. We are therefore not really able to tell exactly why you have encountered the import warning based on the information provided alone apart from the fact that the program considered the figure you entered into the field as invalid, and thus, ignored the amount.
Please also note that as this was a warning and not an error, the import was still successful, and the items should be added to your company file, with the exception of the price change.
