+ is missing from Time screen

I am trialling MYOB team.
In the time screen there is no + for me to add a timesheet

Welcome to the Community Forum. From the screenshot looks like you have the time capture type set up as Clock on/clock off instead of Timesheets.To log the time you would click start when you arrive, then End Shift at the end of the day and it will use the time on your device to know what time periods are being submitted.
