AccountRight 2022.11.0 Payroll crash

I just finished entering payroll for 20 employees and allocating to several different jobs. I saved the verification report and payroll activity report When I clicked to record the payroll MYOB crashed. The message was something about not able to access online. This is the second time it has happened this year. So, every pay in 2023. I cleared the MYOB cache before proceeding this time and it went through ok. Is MYOB working to fix this bug as it is very annoying to have to re-enter all the pays again? Can I send MYOB an invoice for the extra time it took to complete the payroll?

    Sorry to see that no one has replied to you yet. Clearing the cache is the first troubleshooting step I would recommend in this situation, but looks like that worked for you.

     

    If it occurs again, would you be able to take a screenshot of the error and download the AccountRight Diagnostic Log? If we can have a look at both of those it might give us an idea of what is causing the system to crash.
