AccountRight: Staffing and payroll

When I click "record" on the "You are about to record x pays" screen, the next screen I get is...
3 Process Payments - but everything is zero's
Cheques Recorded: 0 Amount: $0.00
Electronic Payments Recorded: 0 Amount: $0.00
Cash Payments Recorded: 0 Amount: $0.00

 

Serial number 8944

 

have a few pays to process today as pay is due today

    I've run the script so please log out and back in again. If you still have problems please let me know.

     

    You can tell if you file is online by the green banner at the bottom of the AccountRight window:

    If your file is online I can run a script over your file to resolve that issue for you. I will need you to send me the Company file ID which you can find in Help>>About MYOB AccountRight.

    if its not, how do i make it back to being online again?

     

    stressing as the pays are due today
