Benefits of using Pay Super

With all the issues there have been with multiple super payments being taken out of your customers accounts and other issues with MYOB in general, can you provide the details of how to access the online support team, as well as the audit trails, as stated in the referred to in the PDS (snippet below):

 

• Support: Employers are provided with a support infrastructure. There is also an online support team
and an online help centre to assist you with any problems you have.
• Audit Trails: Online access to all the payments and payment reference numbers enables immediate
access to information to support inquiries from any of your employees.
• Accuracy: Validation checks to ensure information is complete, correct, compliant and consistent.

    So that I can assist with this can you please tell me which PDS you are referring to. If it's the SuperChoice PDS, you would need to contact SuperChoice.

    Hi Tracey_H ,

     

    It's the one provided from the links in the "Confirm your details before your next super payment" emails that were sent out.

     

    You need to click the LOGIN button on the email and then it's one of the links in the sections that we have been asked to authorise and agree to the terms and condifitons of the PDS being offered by MYOB and the clearing house (they are all within the same document).
