Can we cancel Payroll in an existing Account Right Plus subscription

Hello

 

we have a client who is using and paying for Account Right Plus.  They no longer wish to use the payroll feature as they no longer have any employees.  Can we disable the payroll so they are not paying for it?

    Hi AdminTA 


    It's not possible to remove/cancel payroll from AccountRight Plus. An alternative would be moving to the MYOB Business product range which is browser-based by getting a new MYOB Business subscription and filling out the migrations form on this website.
