Cannot open employee's card file

Hi, 

 

This is the second time this has happened of late, every time I try to open a particular employee's card file I get an error that AccountRight/Somethings gone wrong and needs to close?

 

Is there a reason this is happening?

 

Are you able to help me rectify this error, I think last time there was a script file ran over our account?

    Hi Rex 

     

    All run for you.

     

    If you have been using that file around the time of this post do ensure that you close down and re-open the company file before attempting to open that employee's card.

    Hi Sand3977, 

     

    Thank you for your post. I'm happy to run the script over your file, can you please confirm the last 4 digits of your serial number and file ID (This can be found by going to Help > About MYOB AccountRight).

    Company File ID is 4

    I have the same error exactly.

     

    Can you please run the script over my file?

     

    Serial# ending 2415

    Serial # ...2415
