Cannot open employee's card

Hi I cannot open an employees card file, im getting the following error message. 

 

Any assitance with this would be appreicated.

    Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community Forum ! We do have a script that we can run over your AccountRight file to resolve this, please confirm the last 4 digits of your product serial number and the File ID of the file (This can be found by going to Help > About MYOB AccountRight) so I can arrange this for you.

    I cant seem to private message you, when i hover over your icon and slect send message it takes me to a blank page?

     

    Is there an email adress I can send the requierd information to?

    You can send me a private message via this private message link, please send through the serial number and file ID. 

     

     

    Update: Script was run over company file.

    I have the same issue when trying to open an Employee's card, it errors every single time.  It is is one employee that is causing me grief and I can't go ahead with STP2 until this is fixed.

    Thanks for your post. I'm happy to arrange the script to be run over your file, can you please confirm the last 4 digits of your product serial number and the file ID of the file you're having issues with (This can be found by going to Help > About MYOB AccountRight).
