Can't open employee card

The system does not close down, when I try to open 1 staffs card out of 24, it wants to close down. I am trying to close a payroll year and it does the same thing. (Doesnl't actually close down, lets me hit close message or the X in the corner of the message).

Please help.

Error message is what I have attached.

I get the same message when I try to close the Payroll year.

Could this be because (the closing of Payroll year issue) because the ATO have not yet accepted these files?
