changing employess pay rate and entitlements
Hi
Can someone advise me as to why when I am completing a pay run and I need to add an entitilement for the employee after leaving the payroll and going back into it, it will NOT show the change. I have to complete a separate payrun for the one employee!!!!!!
Another question I have, which I have already contacte MYOB about, is why won't the pay rate save when I have entered this into the employees hourly rate. When the employees receive a pay increase I cannot get this to stay changed even after saving it, it goes back to the old hourly rate. I then have to manually calculate the wage in the process payroll.
