changing employess pay rate and entitlements

Hi

Can someone advise me as to why when I am completing a pay run and I need to add an entitilement for the employee after leaving the payroll and going back into it, it will NOT show the change.  I have to complete a separate payrun for the one employee!!!!!!

Another question I have, which I have already contacte MYOB about, is why won't the pay rate save when I have entered this into the employees hourly rate.  When the employees receive a pay increase I cannot get this to stay changed even after saving it, it goes back to the old hourly rate.  I then have to manually calculate the wage in the process payroll.

    Regarding your first query, are you trying to update the entitlement in the same payrun or in the employee card? 

     For the second question, please follow the steps given in this help article and let me know if it's still reverting to the old rates.

      Hi

      I have followed the steps numerous times to change the employees pay rate when they received their pay rise but it does not stay changed.  It keeps reverting back to their old rate.  I telephoned MYOB helpdesk and they could not help me either.  I am trying to change these in the employeed card list.
