Christian Super No longer on the List

I am trying to pay an eployees super and it gives me an error saying that the superfund details are invalid.

I have been paying her super into Christian super for the last 8 montths with no problem. When I go into the super details it is no longer listed. 

Please add it back onto the list.

    This fund is available in the list of registered funds now under the following details:

     

     

    Please log out of the file, log back in and let us know if you can now see the fund.

    Thanks Komal, much appreciated.

     

    1. Yes it was visible again, and

    2. I was able to complete the Pay Super process.

    Can you please confirm the following details so we can check if this fund is listed with an alternate name in our list:

     

    • Super fund name
    • Fund's USI/SPIN
    • Fund ABN

    What is Christian Super’s ABN, SFN, SPIN and USI?
    Christian Super ABN: 66 628 776 348
    Christian Super SFN: 1242 009 45
    Christian Super SPIN: 66 628 776 348 908
    Christian Super USI: CHR0001AU

     

    I have the same problem, no its not in your list in another name.  No its not in the process of changing its ABN, etc.  I have spoken to Christian Super, and its an MYOB problem.
