Customised Pay Slip will not set as default

Have customised a Pay Slip and set as default in Advanced Filters in Print/Email Pay Slips.

I have pressed the OK button but when I print selected employee the old form still is being used.

Have tried this a number of times. Can anybody help.

We are aware some clients are experiencing issues with their customized forms reverting back to the system default forms after being customized or being used. I recommend checking out our announcement post on this, which contains all currently known information as well as a potential workaround. Unfortunaterly, I tried using solutions suggested but it does not work.
Hidden cache files do not show in 2019.2 folder even that I went into settings and selected "show hidden files" . I am using Windows 7. Does it matter?
I restarted Computer and MYOB a few times to no avail. Any suggestions please?

Sorry, logged in on another laptop (windows 10) and appears to be OK.

Exiting and restarting MYOB did the trick.
