Employee Card & Transactions

Hello MYOB Team,

 

I keep getting error messages when trying to view the cards for two of our employees. In addition to this, I am unable to edit or delete any payrun transactions involving these two employees.

 

Any assistance on this matter would be much appreciated.

    Welcome to the Community Forum. 

     

    I will be able to run a script over the file to resolve this issue. 

     

    Can you please just confirm the last 4 digits of your serial number as well as the Company File ID? 

     

    The Company File ID can be found under Help > About MYOB when logged in.

    Hi Chris,

     

    Last 4 Digits of the Serial Number are 1704.

     

    Company File ID is 37.
