One of our employee cards cannot be accessed, returning with an error.
Please assist ? We have a requirement for ATO Reporting
Please note that I clicked on the "private message" link given on MYOB Community with same error. Not sure if the link works.

So we can assist with this, can you please attach a screenshot of the error you're getting while trying to access the employee card?
An employee card file will not open so as to allow us to update for reporting purposes.
