Employee Card

I have a employee card file that will not open, and I believe a script will need to be run to fix the problem. Is someone able to assist?

    Hi ffaccounts

     

    Thanks for that. I've had the script run over your file, please sign out and sign back in and you should be able to open the employee card.

    Thanks for your post. I'm happy to arrange the script to be run over your file, please confirm the below details:

    • Last 4 digits of your product serial number 
    • File ID of the file you're having issues with (This can be found by going to Help > About MYOB AccountRight)

    Hi Melissa,

    the last four digits of the serial number are 1168, and the Company File ID is 6.
