Employee Card

I once again have a employee card file that will not open, and I believe a script will need to be run to fix the problem. Is someone able to assist?

    Thanks for your post. I'm happy to arrange that for you, can you please confirm the last 4 digits of your product serial number and the file ID of the file (This can be found by going to Help > About MYOB AccountRight).

    Hi Melisa

    the last four digits of the serial number are 1168, and the Company File ID is 6.
