Employee (IndivCard Showing total of all WagesPAYG for Oct and Nov

Employee Card shows total of Oct16 PAYG Withholding and then in Nov16 shows the same amount three times.

    The Find Transactions screen is a search function so it picks up that you are wanting to see where that card has been used. This is not a report but if you need to see information on the individual call up the either the Activity Detail report, or the Payroll Categories report.

    To see what is on his card you need to go the card > Payroll Details>Pay History.

     By the look of the Find Transactions Report - you paid the October PAYG using spend money so there is a one line transaction. In December you paid the PAYG using Pay Liabilities which means that it shows a separate line for each of the pays through the period. If he employee was paid the same amount over the three pays then PAYG should be the same for each pay.

    Given that the date does not fit with your fortnightly pay - did you pay super on the 21/12/16with cheque #19122018?

    Hello Ron B,

    No I paid PAYG thru Payroll Liabilities on CHQ # 19122018 21/12/2016.

    Hello RonB, Why does it show the total paid for all employees in the individual employee card.?
