Employee self onboarding going to incorrect company

Question

I have 2 companies with payroll, I am sending Employee self-onboading form from Company 1 but the information is automatically entered into company 2.

Both companies have different log on details and password.

The first time I used the onboarding it worked correctly into Company 1 but next time employee details went into company 2

Thanks for your post and welcome to the Community Forum ! Can I please confirm if this has happened since ? Are you able to send me a private message with the following details so we can take a look into this:

Serial number&nbsp;
Your full name&nbsp;
Email address used to sign into the file when sending through the employee onboarding form&nbsp;
File ID that the on boarding form was sent to from&nbsp;(This can be found by going to Help &gt; About MYOB AccountRight)
File ID of the file where the card file was created in
