Welcome to the Community Forum.
It appears there might be a communication issue between your employee's application and the file. My first suggestion is to try uninstalling and reinstalling the Teams application on the phone. If the problem persists even after reinstalling, you might need to reinvite the employee.
If neither of these steps resolves the issue, you can explore help resources like myob.com/support or myaccount.myob.com to access MOCA, our virtual assistant.
