employee timesheet disappears from list after entering into app

One of our employees has MYOB team app setup on phone.  She can enter her hours for the day, but it does not show up as a list (which normally happens until they are approved.   What is happening?  Please help. 

The hours are there ready for approval in the MYOB timesheet section when I log in. 

As she cant see what she previously entered, there a sometimes double ups of days or hours.

    It appears there might be a communication issue between your employee's application and the file. My first suggestion is to try uninstalling and reinstalling the Teams application on the phone. If the problem persists even after reinstalling, you might need to reinvite the employee.
