Entitlement Balance for reinstated employee

It appears MYOB has a lot of problems with Leave entitlements of the terminating and reinstating employees. When reinstated, the opening balances appear (even though they shouldn't) and then there are incorrect accruals as well. It is very hard to explain what is happening by anything other than buggy software. I wonder if MYOB could look at it as a bug issue. I see the moderators kindly help on one on one basis, but the problem is long ongoing.  I now just re-create returning employee as a new employee but it is not clear if STP records would be correct if done within the same financial year. I would appreciate MYOB comments.

If the reports are out of balance after reinstating the employee card, we will need the following information by Private Message to get the file fixed:

• Your product serial number
• The employee's name
• The date of termination
• The date of reinstatement
