EOFY Gross YTD missing for terminated employees

I transferred to STP2 without removing the terminations for the terminated employees.  The EOFY validation report wasn't balancing so I found the help article.

 

I removed the termination dates in both MYOB & STP and then sent an update.  The employees hand't been made inactive.

 

The update was accepted for the list of employees, however their gross is still showing as zero.

 

Please help!
