EOFY PAYROLL REPORTING

Question

Hi,&nbsp; trying to do the STP finalisation.&nbsp; I have an employee with ETP taxable component.&nbsp; It should be nil as i have no employees terminated at all.&nbsp; I have no payroll for the date mention for the ETP and after two hours on the phone i have received no helpful information&nbsp; from MYOB support.&nbsp; How do i fix this up?&nbsp; Thank you Karen&nbsp;

Sorry to hear about what you've had experienced. Since there is no processed pay with an ETP Taxable Component and no employee was terminated on that date, kindly send a screenshot of the Payroll Summary Report so I can investigate it further. Make sure to remove all sensitive information before posting in the Forum.

&nbsp;&nbsp;Doreen, on the one company there is only one employee so I don't&nbsp;know how or why the ETP is there.&nbsp; There is no payroll transaction on the 29.7.22.Thank you Karen&nbsp;
