ETP not showing in STP

I am having issues with ETP payments not showing up in my STP reports.

I have tried reversing the pay and re-entering and it will not come through with a value.

I have tried entering a nil pay run as at 30/6 with no luck

I have tried changing the payroll category for the ETP Taxable Component from hourly to salary with no luck

I have 4 ETPs processed for the year in total - two are OK, two are not - and cannot work out why

Can you please advise how to get the ETP payment to show correctly.
