Gross payment on EOFY goes to Zero after sent to ATO.

Gross payment on EOFY goes to Zero after being sent to ATO. 

It was Gross Wages Figure there for each employee and I have sent it to ATO. But the next day I got a call from employees who said that zero Gross wages in the group certificate.  When I checked in payroll reporting in MYOB, 50% of all my employees have zero gross wages in the certificate. I need to fix it ASAP

Please advise how to correct it.
