Hours worked

Hi there

What is the easiest way to view the total number of hours worked at the end of each month?  (By hours worked, including annual/personal leave)?  I can't seem to find a report that summarises this?

Thanks

Lani

  • Sorry LaniOUP  I thought you meant per employee.  The Payroll Summary report gives the total hours per category, I think this is the one you want.

    Cheers

    Hi LaniOUP

Both the Payroll Activity detail and Payroll Register detail show the total hours allocated to each payroll category for each employee.

    Hope this helps

    Thanks Tracey

When I run either of these reports, I can't see a total overall figure.  Only total per employee.

I really just wanted a simple, fast way to see total hours at an organisational level.

    Thanks Tracey

    That one is perfect.

Going forward I can see I'm going to have trouble with the fact we work on a calender year and payroll reports only work in a financial year.

Will I always have to run payroll reports for each half of the calender year and combine them?  Is there a work around for getting reports that go accross two periods?

    Thanks
