How to add classification to the shifts in MYOB teams

I just started using MYOB teams.

I run a cafe so a staff can be a barista or a supervisor on a given shift.

How do i assign a role to the shift while doing the rosters as that is how the employee gets paid depending upon whether they were a barista or a supervisor.
