Increase pay super limit

I emailed a change of pay super limit form 3 days ago and it hasn't been processed. I understand there is a 3-5 days turnover, however it's approaching the end of the financial year! Would MYOB responde more efficiently just to help people to pay their super in time?

    I'm afraid that to process the change it does take 3 -5 business days to complete. You can be assured that our teams processing all requests received as fast as they can.

     

    I'd like to mention that if you wanted to claim super payments in this financial year the recommended cut-off date was the 22nd June to ensure contributions were processed by SuperChoice and reached super funds by 30 June. If you can send me a private message ( mouse over my avatar and choose 'Send a message'.) with the serial number and the email address you sent the form from, I can check the limit change status for you.
