Job Categories

Good afternoon

 

I would like to ask if there has been wrong job categories put against an employee and their wages have already been processed is there a way that these can be amended and will reflect in a report that the changes have been made into the right category? Especially if the employee has multiple job codes.

 

Would love any feedback.

    Hi BGCS 

    The only way to correct this would be by reversing the incorrect payrun and reprocessing it again with the correct jobs. Please feel free to post if you have further questions on this.
