Multiple employees report difficulty signiing into their MYOB teams app to add their timesheet for payroll. At various times they will have trouble and I usually ask them to delete the app and try again. We've been using MYOB teams for about a year but this is a recurring problem. Sometimes only one of them will have a problem while the other will not.
At the moment one of the employees is having trouble logging it. It is prompting her for her email and password but gives an error message every time. Her app is up to date and her phone is up to date so not sure what is going on.
Can you please offer any advice?
